Eye love lumps

Well it looks like I’m going to have to have a minor operation on my eye. I have had lumps appear on my eye lids, quite a bit in the last year. I thought that these were caused by stress and in the past they disappeared within a few weeks, one however, remained....(dun dun dun dunnnn...) for about 3 months maybe more, the doctor diagnosed this as a cyst that develops when a gland is blocked (in the opening part of the eye lid where one would apply eye liner,) this of course has a very sophisticated name which I can’t remember. The doctor explained that tears are actually more than salty water but also grease or oil that helps keep the eyes lubricated, what’s happened in my case is that a gland has gotten blocked with this grease and what they will have to do is give me an injection to freeze the eye lids and then turn the lower one (with the cyst) down cut it open and take all the junk out. Its only a minor operation but I’m starting to worry a little about it. I don’t know if I should accept the lump as a friend or slice it out as a foe. Anyway if my lump and I happen to pop in to your mind please pray for me. (love Amber)

Happy Birthday Filz

I've been waiting to post for Filz birthday so that I could include the pictures from his party, but now I have the time, and I don't have the pictures, so I'll have to post anyway...Filz was the man I wanted even when I had only heard about him but never met him, I liked him ever since I first saw him in a picture when I was 16 and thought he looked like 'Joey'. My time being his girlfriend was the best time of my life, I don't think I could have been happier.

As a husband he provides me with so much stability and balance, hes a fantastic father to Owen, a great team member, and the best husband in the world!

He's Eating!!!

Owen is eating....thank you for your prayers...since we got back from Spain he's been eating really well (3 meals a day) ...he likes eggs and fish fingers and a few other things, once again thank you for your prayers xx

Oh when Owen again...

I just wanted to ask all those who visit this blog to pray for Owen to really take to solids and start eating more and to enjoy eating and sit in his high chair and loose the desire to nurse. We've cut out his day nursing as it was getting to be too much for me and I've lost too much weight, but Owen tries to nurse all the time, and in the morning isn't really eating anything, and I'm giving him dinner in the bath so that he's distracted and eats, it's certainly something he should change in...since prayer is the most that you (and I) can do then please take the time to help us in this way. WLY xx

Mark's Birthday part 2

I was looking through our photo's and found all these from Mark's Birthday, it snowed so much that day that a lot of the roads got closed off etc. but it was fun, some brave people went out and played in it, (not me of course). anyway we took mark out for a pub lunch then brought him home for a curry with Tari...was really nice.

Theres been a lot going on, and we haven't posted for a long time...(am sure you noticed) anyway Mark had his birthday on the 2nd and deserves a post, because he's got to be the best, most admirable man that I know, he's the best brother in the universe and he's got the best sense of humor ever, I love him more then words can say and I hope that this year is going to be easy, stress free, fun, happy, exciting, positive and that the changes that it brings will bring a lot of joy with them!
