Owen Has a Tooth
at last, hes cut a tooth, and slowly it's coming through, I think i felt it for the first time on the the 2nd of November some how Mark knew before I did and as we were talking about why Owen has been fussy recently Mark goes "yeah but did you feel his tooth?" I was all shocked and asked "what tooth?" and Mark said "you haven't felt his tooth? feel is tooth!!" so I did, and screamed and ran out the room shouting for Filz to come and share this delightful very exciting moment (I felt it would be a great thing for both of us to celebrate over) Owen was left feeling and looking not only confused but a bit afraid of why mummy was shouting and all excited, anyway soon all the home was there, "Owen has a tooth!?" "wow" etc. I think we'll have to have a tooth party for him, when we can see it. (the pix we're another one of Aprils brilliant captures.) I thought I might add, hes now 11.2kg and 10 months, crawling and almost walking, doing better in his eating,but still needs to eat more, (thanks for the prayers, but keep them coming).

I’ll start this post by thanking everyone for their Birthday posts, Seiko, Michelle, Angie, (was there someone else?) anyway thank you guys so much, I was so touched, you’re such great people, I feel honoured that you would post about me on your blog and say such loving things, 
and then all the off lines from all those who remembered esp. Tini and Desi...I felt so special.
Huge thank you to Jacqui and the Silva’s for the flowers, no one has ever done that for me before, I always secretly wanted flowers on my birthday,
I’d just gotten out of the shower when I saw this man walking up to the house with a bouquet of flowers and a balloon, I waited to see if he was really coming to the door, yes he was... I couldn’t belive it! I ran it to mums room, I kicked the door open, I didn’t realize at the time, and screamed “there’s a man at the door with a bouquet of flowers and a balloon and...they’re for ME!!!” I was too excited to go down and receive them...anyway that was so exciting for me I just thought I’d share it.

Anyway I found a new reason to post it, because on the 21st was Zoe’s birthday!!! Wow the day before mine!!! (and Johnny’s) how very exciting…
I was always extremely excited on the 21st of October because…well it would be my birthday the next day…I guess now I can be excited for my little necie.
If we could we would get you pink fluffy things and presents, but instead of that we’ll be sending you our prayers and love, and best wishes, we cant wait to meet you little sweetie, Happy Birthday, you’re such an important Libra! X

Oh when Owen?
Owens a week away from 9 months, he weighs 10.8kg, he is healthy and happy, but still is not eating solids at all; nursing is still his only source of food.
Please pray that he will get an appetite for food and take a bottle. I’m desperate to get him off the boobies!!! Thanx for your prayers. x

Jesses' 14th Birthday
Jesse made it to 14 when the doctors said he wouldn’t even more than 3 days. Praying that this will be one of the best years yet! You’re great! Love you lots Filz, Amber and Owen xXx
We had a Lord of the Rings party for Jesse, and decorated the garden and had a meal out there, in candle light, (the pictures of that didn’t come out too good though,) I prepared games on the Lord o the Rings theme, but since Jesse isn’t so much of a games person they took a bit of a nose dive, we didn’t have many people who were up for the” Golum wrestle” or the” kill the spider blind folded” game all though we did manage to get a round of LOTR charades before watching a movie.

Aprils 16th Birthday
For Aprils 16th we had a different theme to MIB’s. It was a “gala” or “prom” night where everyone had to come with a date. I (Amber) was going to go with Dylan, but then found out that he had also asked Plume, so while I was dealing with the heart break of not being the only special one he had in mind, everything began and I had to go alone. Aside from that it was really good fun, we used the wedding decorations to jazz up the room, and had a great time. The pix don’t really tell the full story, but enjoy none the less.

Mikes 25th Birthday
Mike turned 25 this year on the 9th of September, and because we’ve been so busy, we were unable to post anything.
We had a fantastic party though, "stand up comedy" it was Mike's idea...and wasn’t that bad actually. Anyway happy birthday Mike, may all your dreams, goals wishes, desires, fantasies, etc. come true this year.

August events...
Been ages since we posted, I guess everyone got a good look at the wedding pictures by now.
Since the wedding everything has been so busy, we held our fist “synergy” event for young people in our city, and are planning many more. We had a few dance shows, one of which we were flown into Belfast for. It was all very exciting, and full of miracles, the biggest one was that although we lost our costumes during the trip, (the new ones that I posted about a few months ago... yes, the ones that cost hundreds of pounds) we then we we’re able to find them again, and of course are much wiser then before, (I say it lightly now, but at the time it was quite a hairy scary thing.)
What else has happened?? Owen is teething; that’s not been so much fun, because he had a fever for 2 days, and has been very dribbly, unhappy and uncomfortable, but has just started to get better now, there still aren’t any teeth though. (very disappointing, and I was horrified to hear that this might continue for a while.)
Anyway, why am I sat here typing all this to you, I should be sleeping because in a few hours when Owen wakes up I’ll be thinking “if I only had”.
Love to you all, and if you do read this, please PLEASE PLEASE!!! pray for Owens teeth to come soon without him getting sick, pray that they just “pop” up like toast when its hot and ready.

Robbies Birthday
There have been so many things going on recently that i havent had much time to post anything. Will try updating the blog over the next few days, we have a lot of pix of things going on so keep checking. for now...Happy Birthday Robert!
Our special peep turned 2 last week, got lots of presents and had a very special day out to the zoo, a fancy dress party (i came as an ant and Owen came as Snow Flake)and Jonah and the whale cake...love you Robbie, Happy second year.

I honestly think...
Owen is 5 months old now, he can almost sit up by him self, gets excited when Filz and I play with him, kicks his legs and laughs when Robert is arround, he loves being out side, or in the toddler room, having his head scratched, and sleeping with his mummy, he has 2 teeth on the bottom gum about to cut through, makes funny noises and sounds like hes trying to talk, and I love everything about him, he's perfect, and we couldnt be blessed with a more perfect son!
