The flight

We promised the guys at home that we would post LOTS of pix from our holiday, so here's the flight pix, it was 13 hrs in total, the trip to France was similar to a Ryan air flight, only they gave us a snack on the way!
the flight from Paris to SA was fully booked and Owen didn't get a seat as he was an "infant" and wasn't 2 yet....(although he turned 2 whilst we were in the air) so he had to sleep on our laps the whole time, it was uncomfortable, but we got here in the end. TTL safe and sound and didn't loose our luggage or anything like that.

Owen's Birthday....comming soon

Owen is EXTREEMLY excited about his 2nd birthday comming up. he tells everyone that is birthday his in january and hes going to be 2. Every day he talks about his party, which we are going to have on the 29th of this month with Aiesha, as on the 1st we'll be flying to South Africa!
The thomas the tank engine picture is to remind all the card and gift buyers about what owen likes.

Now it Can be Shown

We had the first ultrasound today. The little baby is fully formed already...can hardly believe it! Heard and saw the heart beat and everything else, although it's too early to determine the gender, and its not something that they do at that hospital, so we'll have to wait until we see it in the flesh to find out if its a boy or a girl. so far we know that the baby is 13 weeks and the estimated date of delivery is on the 7th of April.
A little bad news, it looks like I have a cyst on my left ovary, so please pray that it goes without assistance.

Announcement!

We were going to make this announcement in November when we will have a picture to prove it, but you may as well find out now, so that you can keep it in your prayers. It looks like Owen will no longer be an only child! In about six months there will be a new Silva! Hooray!
